Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

  • 1 Lightlife hot dog link (Smart Dog)

  • 1 cup JUST egg liquid scramble

  • 2 green onions

  • 1/2 cup red onions chopped

  • cooking oil

  • Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp white pepper powder

  • 2 mushroom bouillon (optional)

Directions

  • Cook jasmine rice. It's preferable to use leftover rice.
  • Dice hot dogs and red onion, thinly slice green onions.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil a large pan or wok on high heat. Pour JUST egg into pan and hands off!
  • Let the egg heat up and solidify for a minute before pushing the egg in gently with a spatula to create folds. Give it time in between folding to solidify. Fry until fully solid and set aside.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil in the same pan on medium-high heat. Fry hot dogs and red onions for 3 minutes.
  • Add egg and green onions. Fry for 1 minute.
  • Add rice and the rest of seasonings. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
