Ginger Scallion Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 box of soft tofu

  • Flavors
  • 1 thumb of ginger

  • 2 scallions

  • 1 Tbsp neutral oil

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp white pepper

Directions

  • Peel ginger and julienne into thin slices.
  • Cut scallions lengthwise into strips then slice into ~3 inch long pieces.
  • Heat oils in small pan on low-medium and all flavors. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, drain soft tofu and score diagonally across.
  • Add aromatic oil, ginger, and scallions over the top of the cold soft tofu and enjoy!
