Add salt to flavor oil.Add tofu, making sure every piece is laying flat on the pan.Use tongs or chopsticks to flip after 5 minutes or when the bottoms are golden brown.Turn the heat to low. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and cover with a lid for 10 minutes.Plate and garnish with green onions.
